Every print starts with a moment and for this one, it was tucked away in the heart of the Lake District.
On a family holiday to Windermere, we visited the Royalty Cinema, a beautiful, old-school spot full of charm and character. As we walked in, we were handed traditional paper tickets, crisp, simple, and full of nostalgia. No QR codes, no apps- just a proper printed stub like they used to give out years ago.
There was something about that small detail that stuck with me. It sparked a bit of magic. I held onto the ticket, knowing it had more to say than just a seat number. When we got home, I started sketching, reimagining that humble cinema ticket as a piece of wall art.
That’s how the Ticket Print was born, rooted in memory, sentiment, and a love for the little things that make moments special. It’s more than just a design; it’s a tribute to timeless experiences and the places that stay with us.
