UK Shipping
For all orders within the United Kingdom, we use Royal Mail 1st Class or Royal Mail 2nd Class depending on the selected option at checkout.

Royal Mail 1st Class – Typically arrives within 1-2 working days after dispatch. This service is not tracked but provides fast and reliable delivery.

Royal Mail 2nd Class – Typically arrives within 2-4 working days after dispatch. This is a cost-effective service but is also untracked.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery before contacting us regarding a missing order.
European & International Shipping
For all orders outside the UK, including Europe and the rest of the world, we use Royal Mail Tracked services to ensure your order is delivered safely and can be monitored throughout its journey.

Europe (Royal Mail Tracked) – Estimated delivery time is 5-10 working days after dispatch. This service includes tracking, so you can monitor your parcel’s progress.

International (Royal Mail Tracked) – Estimated delivery time is 7-14 working days after dispatch. This service includes tracking for added security.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to check the status of your delivery.
Processing & Dispatch Times

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Studio Tommy is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
